- Be responsible for the store image ensuring that it is attractive and commercial
- Apply the VM company standards and guidelines
- Perform store changes in a fast and orderly manner
- Secure a high level of styling and fashion inspiration in windows & indoor
- Communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments
- Continuously report to the management team and support them in specific managerial store duties
- Determine additional commercial opportunities in the store
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets, celebrating victories as a team.
- Be an energetic team member, supporting in the sales and operational store tasks
- Up to 1-year previous experience in visual merchandising principles applied in retail
- Remain up to date with current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate customers' needs
- Possess customer centric approach with proven results creating a great customer experience in a VM role
- Flexibility and Adaptability
- Prioritization skills with orientation in detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, within strict deadlines and short notice
- Strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Good knowledge of Greek and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
