- Developing strong client relationships and providing sales support during the prescription phase, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and quotations, aligning technical solutions with client business goals
- Actively engage in the pre-sales process by recommending effective solutions, offering accurate, timely advice that supports seamless sales integration.
- Develop deep knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and stay continuously updated on technological advancements.
- Contribute to the growth of the Project Sales Channel within the assigned region or territory
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to align technical and commercial efforts and achieve business objectives
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting in accordance with company standards
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client expectations and company profitability targets.
- Assist the Sales Area Manager with the preparation of proposals
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or related field); a Master’s degree is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, energy, building automation, or construction sector
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, heating/cooling technologies, and building infrastructure
- Ability to interpret and prepare technical documentation and system layouts
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role
