The responsibilities of this Sales Engineer role are:
  • Developing strong client relationships and providing sales support during the prescription phase, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and quotations, aligning technical solutions with client business goals
  • Actively engage in the pre-sales process by recommending effective solutions, offering accurate, timely advice that supports seamless sales integration.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and stay continuously updated on technological advancements.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Project Sales Channel within the assigned region or territory
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to align technical and commercial efforts and achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting in accordance with company standards
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client expectations and company profitability targets.
  • Assist the Sales Area Manager with the preparation of proposals
The qualifications for this Sales Engineer role are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or related field); a Master’s degree is a plus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, energy, building automation, or construction sector
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, heating/cooling technologies, and building infrastructure
  • Ability to interpret and prepare technical documentation and system layouts
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar role
