Lead the design, development, and optimisation of robust, scalable web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
Collaborate closely with product, design, and client-facing teams to deliver seamless and high-performing platform experiences
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and champion best software engineering practices
Mentor and support peers and junior team members by sharing technical knowledge and best practices
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, ensuring high availability and performance
Contribute to architectural decisions for new and existing services, keeping security, extensibility, and maintainability in mind
Review code and promote a culture of continuous learning, code quality, and agile development

Ideal Senior Developer Profile

Experienced Technical Expert: Minimum 3 years of professional development experience working with modern web technologies (such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Python, or similar)
Solution-Oriented: Track record of delivering features, resolving bottlenecks, and improving platform performance
