Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and managing bookings and service requests
Provide comprehensive information about services, amenities, and local attractions
Quickly address and resolve any issues or complaints to improve customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate records of guest interactions and service transactions
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver seamless service
Gather guest feedback to aid in continuous service improvement
Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skillset
Requirements
Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service
