What you'll doThe Bidding Specialist will ensure that Vodafone's submissions to Public Tenders for Systems Integration and ICT solutions will be according to the technical specifications and to define the scope of work, budget and delivery timelines.Job holder's key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Work with partners -external and internal- to verify that the solution proposed covers the technical requirements of the RFP
  • Ensure the bid documents preparation of the technical and service delivery parts of the RFP, supported by the partners
  • Define and submit the costs of the offered equipment and services to the bid commercial team
  • Prepare with partners the scope of work that includes the solution, deliverables and timelines for the project implementation and submit to the project management team
  • Report in timely and accurate manner to internal and external stakeholders
Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in ICT bidding as a presales engineer, solution architect or technical project manager.
  • Experience with Greek public sector highly desirable
  • Excellent command in writing and speaking of the Greek and English language
  • Analytic skills
  • Multifaceted/ multidisciplinary background in ICT solutions and services
  • Experience developing top-quality proposals, presentations and other client meeting documents
  • Project management experience
  • Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with internal and external Vodafone stakeholders
  • Strong results orientation and strategic thinking that will drive the assurance of the technical bidding process for Vodafone and partners
  • Strong written communication skills
