The role of the night auditor is responsible for the safety and security of guests, staff and the building itself. He/she is required to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.In addition to ensuring the safety of guests, he/she is also responsible for overseeing the night audit process, which includes balancing financial transactions and generating reports.He/she may also be required to handle guest complaints and requests during the night shift.Specifically:

Reports to Front Office Manager
Check in and check out guests, answer phones
Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
Help prepare for forecasts and audits for HOD's

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:Essential Criteria:

One or more years working experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector
Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism is a plus
Very Good knowledge of English language
A second language will be considered an advantage
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
Negotiation and excellent Communication skills
Pleasant personality, guest oriented
