Now, we're looking for a Design & Permit Supervisor to take charge of the planning and permitting process for next-generation FTTH projects nationwide.Your mission:Lead and oversee the Design team to deliver high-quality technical network drawings (mainly FTTH).Coordinate the permitting process with municipalities, utilities, and public authorities to keep projects moving smoothly.Ensure designs and applications fully comply with regulations and technical standards.Keep projects on track - from design submission to approval - ensuring milestones are met on time.Collaborate with Field Survey, Construction, and Project Management teams for seamless execution.Monitor and guide external partners (designers, permit agents), ensuring performance and quality.Report progress, challenges, and insights directly to management.What we're looking for:Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.2+ years of experience in telecom, utilities, or construction projects.Strong knowledge of permitting procedures in Greece.Proficiency in GIS, CAD tools (AutoCAD, QGIS), and MS Office.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.Confident communicator with public authorities and administrative bodies.Strong English skills (written & spoken).Driving license.Extra points if you have:FTTH or telecom infrastructure project experience.Knowledge of the regulatory framework for excavation works.Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.).Project Management certification (PMP or similar).Experience working with contractors and construction teams.Why join us?At Circet Hellas, your work will have a real impact: enabling millions to connect faster, smarter, and better.
