We are continuously growing and we are looking for a SAP Success Factors Presales Consultant to join our Business Applications team.What will you be bringing to the team?Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation!

Collect, analyze and document (business, user, functional, non-functional) requirements
Join customer discovery calls to understand their vision and priorities
Liaise with technical teams to prepare, evaluate and validate solution alternatives
Advise on the technical aspects of the solution, including the platform, integration templates, implementation best practice, data centre security, and jurisdictional compliance
Work with the Sales team and write part of the technical proposal
Coordinate and update the development team and other external partners regarding deliverables
Contribute and support business change management
Create presentation material and conduct demos/workshops for clients’ needs
Create documentation regarding the project’s deliverables
Liaise with client's teams during all phases of the project
Participate in PoCs, collect, review and validate business information items

RequirementsWhat do you need to succeed in this position?Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.

University/College degree in Computer Science, Finance or Business Administration
At least 3 years of experience in an HCM presales role
Strong experience and knowledge of Cloud/SaaS software
Solid knowledge of system development methoology, project management and system architecture. Preferably involving the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM projects
Knowledge of agile practices such as scrum, and methodologies such as ACTIVATE is strongly desired
Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors modules will be considered as plus
Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process
Strong communication skills to work with various business stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
