- Analyze customer data from the CRM database to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Generate reports highlighting potential sales opportunities, customer behavior, and market insights
- Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making
- Support segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to propose and optimize targeted campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, database management, or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (familiarity with other BI tools is considered a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in marketing analytics
- Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards
