Participate in the design and development of new, innovative products.
Optimize the performance and quality of existing solutions.
Support the certification process and ensure compliance with international standards.
Analyze the market and competitive products to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and overcome challenges.
Conduct product testing and evaluation to ensure quality and functionality.
Contribute to various departmental tasks as needed.
Ensure the timely and high-quality completion of assigned work

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the elevator industry or metal processing sector
Excellent knowledge of CAD design software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.)
Good understanding of modern manufacturing methods and materials
Proven experience in project management
Excellent command of the English language
Creativity, team spirit, and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
