- To provide customer service:
- Vouchers for services - used for cleaning, ironing, grocery shopping, and transport for disabled people.
- To answer incoming calls and emails about vouchers usage, ordering, reimbursement, and exchange:
- Registering and logging into the website
- Change of personal data
- Orders did not arrive
- The client paid but did not receive cheques
- Request for fiscal certificates for taxes
- To provide information about the legal conditions of voucher usage.
- To be the connection between the regions, cleaning companies, and costumers.
- Fluent in the requested language
- Working proficiency in English
- Experience with CRM systems & MS Office
- PC skills and very good written skills
- Diploma of Secondary Education
- Contact centre experience is an asset
