Our insurance advisory services span from strategic planning, ESG integration and regulatory application to modular insurance transformations, operational efficiency, commercial due diligence and post-deal value creation engagements amongst others. Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for management consulting services in the insurance industry, we are now recruiting Management Consultants (Associates, Experienced Associates) for our Insurance Advisory team in Athens.The role entails:Identifying client issues, building hypotheses and working as part of the team to execute analysisInteracting effectively with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their business needs through rigorous research and timely respond to queriesTranslating data and qualitative input into relevant and meaningful client insightsBeing able to strategise whilst ensuring the delivery of actionable solutions to clients and managing the implementationCommunicating recommendations in an impactful fashion to clients’ key decision makers along with other team membersDelivering various management consulting projects across the value chain for the financial services industry with primary focus on Greek and International insurance firmsSupporting the team by crafting powerful strategies and embedding them in operating models and roadmaps, delivering transformation engagements incl. ESG strategies and alignment with regulatory compliance requirements, being involved in M&A / transactions projects and implementations that spark growthDriving the change management agenda for our clientsThe successful candidate should have:Bachelor or Master degree from a renowned university in Finance & Economics, Business Administration, (Business) Engineering or relevant disciplineMBA from a top-tier business school would be preferredYou will benefit from 1- 3 years of previous experience in a management/strategy consulting firm advising clients or in a strategy and/or business development role within the financial services ecosystem (insurance, banking, servicers, private equity, etc.)Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levelsStrong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and EnglishExperience of producing state-of-the-art presentations and high-caliber reportsDemonstrate exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsAbility to conceptualize and think strategically while maintain a strong execution disciplineCommercial awareness, including the understanding of wider business issuesAbility and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesPassion to work in multidisciplinary teams and projectsCreativity, entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to challenge the status quoPrior experience in ESG integration / Sustainable Finance capabilities would be considered as a strong assetCommitment to providing excellent quality work and establishing trusted client relationshipsWhat’s in it for you:At PwC is all about people, encouraging high performance and quality work.Being part of our team includes:🕑 Hybrid working model💸 Competitive total compensation package🏥 Health and life insurance🤵 Dress for the day - wear what makes you feel comfortable and dress for your day💻 Company mobile phone and laptop
