What you will do: • Collaborate with internal departments to gather purchasing requirements and specifications. • Act as the primary buyer for delegated purchases within the department, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement. • Create and process purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Maintain records and documentation related to purchasing activities and other critical information. • Be the point of contact for audits related to departmental purchases. • Develop and update operational procedures to improve internal processes. • Provide SAP transaction support and troubleshooting assistance to departments. • Stay updated on market trends and propose improvements for your position. • Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to enhance operational efficiency. • Provide operational support to internal stakeholders, including SAP usage guidance. Who you are: • Up to 2 years of experience in a corporate environment. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Excellent use of English language. • Excellent command of MS Office suite. • SAP Knowledge will be appreciated but is not mandatory. Who we are: We began our operations in Greece in 2008, as a subsidiary of Enel SpA, the multinational group of companies for electricity generation and distribution, which was first established in Italy. At the moment, our company operates 59 plants totaling 482 MW of installed capacity powered by wind, solar and hydro as well as 6 solar projects under construction in Kozani area for an overall capacity of 84 MW.
