- Management, monitoring and improvement of the quality and efficiency of the external service centers
- Define and implement client fidelity strategies leveraging on service centers to monitor the lifecycle of our products
- Define and implement long term service contracts and clients' maintenance programs
- Scouting and analysis of new business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Area Manager
- Development of activities aimed to increase the installed park and the services sold
- Recruitment of new installers in collaboration with the Service Centers
- Increase the Parts & Services turnover of the reference area
- Maintain and increase the service level of the Service Centers in the area of responsibility
- Guarantee the homogeneity of service logics within the area of competence
- a degree in Economics or Engineering
- one year of experience in similar roles gained in the semi-durable goods industry
- a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, strong results and business orientation, initiative and organization will complete the profile.
