As part of our team, you will work with our clients to transform their human capital processes by leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to optimize their talent and establish effective talent management through alignment, engagement, and measurement.The role entailsAdvise our clients on the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactorsDesign of business processes with the use of SAP’s best practicesHR business process analysis, design and implementation.Contribute actively in business development activities; participate in the RFP process; preparing the necessary documentationCoach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal developmentThe successful candidate should haveUniversity degree and preferably postgraduate studies in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant fieldsAt least 2 years of experience in SAP projectsConduct business needs analysis and identify key business challengesRelevant professional certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules is a plusStrong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsFluent in English, both written and verbalWhat’s in it for youPwC is all about people, encouraging high performance and quality.
