Sales Support Specialist

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is captured and recorded in the system.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer information.
• Prepare various sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support the sales team and provide exceptional customer service.

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in sales support or a similar role within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and in English
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
