Yodeck is now in the top 5 of digital signage SaaS platforms in the world, and we are looking for curious and smart people to drive even faster!About the RoleAs a Product Analyst at Yodeck, you will play a pivotal role in our Product Growth team. You'll be responsible for analyzing user behavior, market trends, and product performance data to derive actionable insights aimed at optimizing our product offerings and driving user engagement and retention. You will work closely with the Growth Product Manager to create experiment hypotheses and be responsible for performing the pre and post-experiment analysis. You will also collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure data quality and integrity to enable reliable analytics and insights.ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do:

Conduct in-depth analysis of user data, including but not limited to user behavior, product usage patterns, and customer feedback, to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Utilize analytics tools and methodologies to track and report on key product metrics, providing updates to stakeholders on product performance, user engagement, and growth opportunities.
Perform A/B testing, cohort analysis, and segmentation to identify and understand user personas, behavior patterns, and their impact on product performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Data Engineers to translate data insights into actionable product enhancements and features, especially through the development of growth experiments.
Generate clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Act as an insights hub to the whole company, communicating learnings and helping the team get a better understanding of our customers.

RequirementsWe’d love to hear from you if you:

have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
possess 2+ years of experience in a similar position analyzing data. Experience in a SaaS environment will be considered a significant plus.
possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
have a solid understanding of statistics and data modeling.
are detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
have proficiency in data analysis tools and a solid understanding of SQL.
Have some experience manipulating data with Python
experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude) will be considered a plus.
experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) will also be considered a plus.
are self-motivated with the ability to take ownership in a fast-growing environment.
above all, are curious and have a doer mindset
