Right now, we are looking for a passionate Brand PR Manager to join our Communication & Corporate Affairs Team in Athens, who will be able to manage company’s Brand PR agenda for all brands of the company portfolio by designing and implementing related strategy and actions, in accordance to brand strategy and priorities, amplifying the respective brand campaigns and reaching brand target audiences in an experiential way.. S/He will be the driving force and the point of reference for Brand PR, both inside and outside our organization. Key Responsibilities Key contribution in formulation of overall company strategy on Brand PR for the main company brands, in relation with overall brand strategy and objectives. Close collaboration with marketing dpt / all brand teams in a consistent and productive way throughout the year. Participation in brand planning, briefing and debriefing process. Creation/identification and full implementation of projects and initiatives as part of each brand’s PR strategy and plan. Evaluation of PR initiatives in terms of ROI and brand added value. Coordination and prioritization of the different brand PR plans and initiatives across the organization / portfolio. Local adaptation and implementation of specific global PR initiatives for global brands (especially Heineken). Management and evaluation of external partners, mainly Brand PR agencies. Utilization of Brand PR budgets in optimum and most effective way. Reporting to C&CA Director of planning, initiatives, actions and results. Advising, challenging and convincing the business and brand teams on PR related topics and issues, based on own expertise. Candidate Profile BA/MA degree in a relevant discipline. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience. Deep knowledge and understanding of Brand Mgt and Brand PR principles and developments, with a view to the future. Ability to coordinate and work on various projects in parallel. Excellent communication and strong analytical skills, ability to work effectively within teams as well as independently. Highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail. Confident and trustworthy, able to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English.
