- Previous experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant environment.
- Passion for Japanese and fusion cuisine, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
