LMW is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Internationa HR Operations M anager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The role will be based at the company's headquarters in Athens. Responsibilities Provide support to international customers regarding the HR services and resolve their inquiries and issues promptly and professionally Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation Act as a point of contact for international employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing support as needed Oversee and manage the International HR Operations team to ensure the high performance of the deparment Stay informed about labour laws and employment regulations Support the administration of international employee benefits programs Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Perform back office duties-organize relevant information in Excel files, set proper reminders, conduct filing Report to upper management and provide decision support through HR metrics Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Fluency in Greek, English (knowledge of an additional foreign language especially Portuguese or Czech is a plus) Personal Traits Passion, dedication and willingness to work hard Adaptable mentality, enthusiasm and eagerness to start from scratch Superb verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational ability, time management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize numerous responsibilities Proactive and enthusiastic team player Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Παροχές: The company offers a competitive remuneration package along with a clear vision to establish a strong presence in a fast-growing environment
