The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that Grecotel is known for. They will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and oversee a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are spotless and welcoming. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating and supervising the housekeeping team Train and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance procedures Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and orderliness Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction Order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory Schedule staff and assign tasks to ensure efficient use of resources Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures Requirements: Proven experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Familiarity with health and safety regulations Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits: Competitive salary and other benefits (bonus included) Advanced Opportunities for professional growth Accommodation (if necessary) and Board Transportation costs Participation in educational programs
