• Supervise and manage all parapharmacy operations and personnel.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and ensure compliance with medical and legal guidelines.
• Provide expert advice on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and interactions.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure the parapharmacy complies with all local and national regulations (e.g., health and safety, licensing, GDPR).
• Train, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy staff.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient and medication records.
• Handle customer concerns and provide high-level pharmaceutical care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and suppliers.
• Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

• Degree in Pharmacy (BSc or Pharm) from an accredited institution.
• Valid pharmacist license and registration in the respective country.
• Proven experience in pharmacy management or senior pharmacist role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, ethics, and legislation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
