- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing employment contracts and accurately entering new hire information into the Payroll System
- Facilitate the announcement of new hires and departures in the ERGANI system
- Prepare and coordinate documentation for employee departures, ensuring compliance with ERGANI requirements
- Maintain comprehensive employee files and records, both electronically and in paper form, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the management of employee leave and remote work arrangements, including tracking and verifying balances
- Provide responsive support to employees with HR-related inquiries and issues, fostering a helpful and approachable HR presence
- Actively participate in departmental projects and contribute to team initiatives, demonstrating a proactive approach
- Promote a positive team atmosphere and collaborative workplace culture, contributing to a supportive environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related discipline. Master’s degree is a plus
- Up to 2-years’ experience in HR or related areas
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws, as well as ERGANI platform regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Pylon HRMS) is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
- High technical fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
