Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.We are looking for a Legal Actions Officer to support our legal team by handling back office tasks, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring efficient office operations.Reporting to Legal Actions Manager, the role has the following responsibilities:

Check and prepare physical or digital files;
Monitor on a daily basis the progress of legal cases;
Communicate with law firms about pending legal cases and support the partners;
Data entry of legal documents’ information;
Compare, verify and consolidate data against inputs received from databases/reports;
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless office operations;
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Theoretical Studies or a related field;
Experience in legal operations, legal administration, or a related field;
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal technology applications;
Fluency in English language, both written and verbal;
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Ability to collaborate with various teams and work in a team-oriented environment.
