From the latter, we pick the dynamics of a 90-year enterprise that grew into a flexible handler of diverse logistics needs, with one of the largest truck fleets in the region.We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team in Marousi.As a Senior Project Manager with a Civil or Mechanical Engineering background, you will lead and supervise major construction and infrastructure projects, overseeing all phases of development—from design and tendering to contract management and on-site execution. You will ensure that all projects meet local regulations and are executed to the highest standards.Responsibilities

Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, permitting, design coordination, procurement, construction, and closure.
Oversee on-site construction teams and external subcontractors.
Coordinate tendering processes and contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with Greek building legislation, codes, and permit requirements.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, consultants, contractors, public authorities and the Owner’s operational leadership, ensuring alignment between construction delivery and operational readiness.
Monitor progress, address delays, and implement corrective actions.
Negotiate terms and resolve issues with teams, suppliers, and authorities.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of Greek construction legislation, permitting, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong project management background with the ability to handle multiple teams and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent scheduling and time management skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
10+ years of professional experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
Valid driver’s license and availability for on-site travel.
