Take a look at some of our impactful projects here: https://netcompany.com/cases/Job DescriptionEver wondered what it feels like to be a Junior AI Engineer at Netcompany?Joining us as a Junior AI Engineer, you will have the opportunity to be trained in our AI Academy and work as part of our highly skilled teams within our cutting-edge AI projects, that impact the life of millions of EU citizens in the scope of Digital Transformation.As part of the Academy, you will rotate through multiple roles, including AI Engineering & Software Delivery, as well as ML & AI Ops, to build a well-rounded understanding of the full AI development lifecycle.Our blended approach in learning combines classroom trainings from our experienced AI Lead Engineers, lectures from Leading Technology Companies, job shadowing & mentoring, while you will receive continuous feedback on your progress.As a Junior AI Engineer, you will:

Contribute to all phases of full-cycle AI & IT projects, from requirements analysis to customization and specifications for any development needed
Develop and maintain code, AI/ML models, application libraries, and produce technical documentation
Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated AI solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver valuable AI-powered features
Act as a business advisor to the clients

QualificationsWhat would make you a fit for the role:

Bachelor's degree in Data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
Strong programming skills in modern languages (Python, R, .NET, Java) in the context of Data Analytics and AI
Familiarity with ML libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and XGBoost
Experience with data preprocessing and manipulation using tools such as Pandas and NumPy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
A customer-oriented personality, with attention to detail

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) models; some experience with LLMs is an asset
Familiarity with GenAI concepts and techniques, including embeddings
Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps concepts
