Barista / Bartender, Hotel Grande Bretagne & King George

• Assist in the exceptional Guest Service our Hotels are renowned for and all Guest request, engage with them and make personal recommendations.

• Create epicurean memories for the Guests in our Fine Dining Outlets, bars, and other F&B Outlets and Venues

• Prepare and serve high quality coffee and specialty teas with precision and artistry; demonstrating latte art techniques as needed.

• Prepare and serve high quality cocktails, and support in the crafting of menus (as needed or requested)

• Support beverage service in the Outlet which they will be based, serving either coffee, team or acting as a regular Bartender.

• Remain updated on industry trends, in both coffee, tea, and mixology, and propose new techniques as part of the ongoing improvement of our teams

• University Degree in a Tourism (or relevant Master's degree)

• At least 3-4 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment

• Certification in coffee art and creation

• Certification in Cocktails or Mixology or wines would be an asset

• Working knowledge of Micros

• HACCP or EFET certification will be considered an asset

• Excellent command of the English language certified at Proficiency level, additional languages are an asset

• Strong people and project management skills

• Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.

• Organizing skills and coordination ability

• Attention to detail

• Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment

• EU or Greek National
