Daily presence in the restaurant ensuring that all established SOPs are met
Continuous training, guiding, motivation and supervision of all supervised F&B associates
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the managed outlet
Ensuring the smooth transition handover between the different shifts
Ensuring the good communication between kitchen and service staff
Handling of complains aiming for the maximization of guest satisfaction
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-end boutique hotel, yacht or airline with exposure to various guest profile styles.
Proficient knowledge of English language and of MS Office.
Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
IT skills, knowledge of Protel, would be an asset.
WSPC certification would be an asset.
