• Luggage Handling: Manage the transportation of guests' luggage to and from their rooms with care and efficiency.
• Room Escorting: Accompany guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities & room amenities.
• Room Service: Deliver beverages and meals to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
• Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Interdepartmental Support: Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and hotel operations run smoothly.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure public areas, such as the lobby and entrance, are clean and well-maintained.
• Safety and Security: Monitor and report any safety or security issues to the appropriate department.

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and transport luggage and stand for extended periods.
