Prepare documents forimports/exports procedures
Review shipping documentsto ensure they are billed properly
Communicate with shippinglines & customers to complete the imports/exports successfully
Ensure company's databaseis updated
Collaborate with colleaguesin order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

Fluency in English
Degree in Accounting,Business Administration or relative field
Up to 1 of experience in an office setting - entry-level position
Very good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Customer-centric approach
Attention to detail
Ability to perform underpressure and deadlines
