Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an additional asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with reservations software and computer systems.

Excellent command of English language/written and verbal communication - knowledge of additional foreign languages will be positively assessed.
