We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of our field operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and efficient execution of logistics and freight forwarding processes, including route planning, shift scheduling, and support for customs clearance documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions.Key Responsibilities

Supervise and evaluate the performance of field staff, providing guidance and support where needed.

Develop and implement efficient work plans, including route bookings and shift schedules, based on daily and seasonal volume.

Monitor the progress of truck loadings and take corrective action as necessary to ensure timely execution.

Coordinate and prepare documentation related to customs clearance processes in collaboration with relevant teams.

Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety guidelines, and company standards.

Act as a liaison between field operations and other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.

Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding field activities and performance.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience in logistics, transportation, or field operations supervision.

Strong understanding of route planning and operational scheduling.

Familiarity with freight forwarding operations is a plus.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make real-time decisions.
