About the role There is currently a job opening “Distribution Reporting Analyst” in Distribution Department. As a Distribution Reporting Analyst, you will report to the Head of Distribution, and you will be responsible for analyzing Distribution data for cost reporting and performance tracking. If you want to demonstrate your analytical skills in order to identify patterns, trends, outliers and provide insights from complex data sets proposing effective cost saving solutions, this role is for you. What you will do : Reconcile Distribution invoiced costs with Billing Data Monitor closely New Distribution Capability (NDC) Performance KPIs and collaborate with non-compliant partners to develop action plans to improve their NDC performance Run existing data processes and provide data for reporting needs Analyze multi-source data to provide insights, identify outliers, and inconsistencies Translate data insights into actions for cost reduction Design and provide cost saving solutions to NDC partners Maintain the billing processing tool and enchase its functionality and accuracy Develop new comprehensive ad hoc or regular reports You fit , if you cover the following requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or other Quantitative degree 1-3 years of experience in relevant positions is preferred Good knowledge of at least one Global Distribution Systems (GDS) Fluency in oral and written Greek and English Advanced MS Excel Skills Knowledge of T-SQL, Microsoft Power BI will be considered an asset Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is preferred and you have competence in: Communicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders Working under pressure, managing changing priorities and meeting deadlines Thinking in an analytical and proactive way Demonstrating attention to detail Presenting complex information in a clear and understandable manner If you pursue your career journey with AEGEAN, on top of a challenging job, we offer: A working environment where you feel valued and appreciated Excellent career and development opportunities within the organization Flight tickets Private health insurance scheme If this looks like an interesting opportunity for you, send us your application now!
