We are looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Engineer - Site Manager to oversee a special hospital project in the city center. The role involves managing all on-site construction activities, coordinating with teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and making sure the project is completed on time and within budget.This is a great opportunity to be part of an important healthcare project that will make a real difference in the community.As a Construction Engineer - Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Oversee the daily activities and progress of civil works projects, ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks.
Review network plans and provide guidance on their implementation.
Manage subcontractors and coordinate their efforts to ensure project timelines and quality standards.
Handle logistics, including managing supplies of materials, machines, and equipment.
Assess potential project risks and evaluate materials and costs to keep the project on track.
Ensure compliance with relevant permits, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
Prepare and submit technical files and documentation as required by the project

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture .
5 years of experience in a similar position, in construction site management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
