Planning Specialist

• Generates and updates all records of items (finished and semi-finished products, raw and packaging materials, etc.) in the ERP system
• Updates the product's price list in the ERP system
• Introduces new and updates existing recipes (BOM) of semi-finished and finished products and implements change control process according to the instructions of the Head of Supply Chain
• Updates the files and KPIs that support the operation of the department, such as inventories, list of pending raw and packaging materials, daily status of products under quality control
• Calculates required quantities of raw and packaging materials based on forecasts
• Creates purchase requests of raw and packaging materials through the ERP system
• Generates the production and packaging plan on a weekly basis, in cooperation with the Head of Supply Chain and other Plant Functions
• Prepares all scheduled weighing orders that are included in the weekly production plan
• Monitors inventory levels and secures timely delivery of materials required for all scheduled productions
• Monitors and reports on important changes in sales forecasts and budgets

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a demand planning/forecasting role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Knowledge of the English language
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, ERP Systems)
