Thanks to the knowledge and experience that we have inherited from our parent companies, we aspire to always be a leading company in our sector, playing a significant role in power generation while offering high-quality and innovative energy products and services with stability and consistency.ELPEDISON, with its two privately-owned power plants in Thisvi (Voiotia )and Thessaloniki, with a total installed capacity of 820 MW, uses natural gas as fuel and ensures a clean and continuous electricity flow, based on a highly environmentally friendly power generation process.We are looking for a Contracts/Projects Implementation Engineer to join our high-performing Energy Efficiency Services - Implementation Team and support every aspect of the project’s life cycle, held by the Energy Efficiency Services department, from reviewing and approving contracts to coordinating each customer energy efficiency project implementation, conduct effective vendor management and meet the agreed deadlines.What will you do:

Monitor and manage the implementation of the projects, on-site, with close monitoring and management of the Vendors that have been assigned specific tasks.
Responsible for the close monitoring of the efficacy and quality of the tasks about the Operation & Maintenance of the Services, Installed Equipment, etc. that have been assigned to 3rd parties/Vendors and for the timely reporting of the inconsistencies observed.
Support the Energy Efficiency Services Implementation Section Manager in the creation, preparation, review, and editing of all customer/project contracts.
Maintain excellent working relationships with customers to ensure that their needs are met along with the guaranteed returns, as applicable.
Monitor contracts to ensure that all customer liabilities towards Elpedison are well satisfied and evaluate vendors' performance along the project lifecycle, ensuring that all Service Level Agreements are well met.
Revise specific contract terms and conditions as deemed necessary according to the evolving market conditions and quantify risk exposure per customer/energy service project contract in close collaboration with the Legal and Financial departments.
Monitor project financials and updates or/and advise the Energy Efficiency Services Implementation Section Manager accordingly and maintain all supporting project financial analysis for audit and review processes as well as all contract agreements versioning.
Support the Energy Efficiency Services Implementation Section Manager by monitoring the budget, and cash flow and reporting on expense obligations to ensure that deliverables are met. Alerts the Energy Efficiency Services Implementation Section Manager for any financial shortfalls and over-expenditures.
Assist the Energy Efficiency Services Implementation Section Manager in monitoring the pre-agreed KPIs per each specific customer case or/and energy service project and pursue monthly assurance tasks.
Coordinate direct payments, process advance requests, and prepare project budget revisions and financial reports.
Monitor Energy Efficiency or/and Energy Conservation KPIs and report them in pre-agreed templates and formats.
Identify operational, administrative, financial, and other bottlenecks that may impede the timely delivery of a project.
Analyse and propose procedure improvements and new Energy Services or/technologies that may be identified in the domestic market

What will you need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
MEng or MSc in Business Administration
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position with contracts handling, vendor and clients management and energy service projects management or/and implementation activities
At least 1 year experience in engineering /systems design and implementation or other related experience
English professional proficiency
Advanced Software Skills, specifically MS Office
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills
People management skills (for external partners)
