- Own the day-to-day management of search and display campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms, in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Monitor performance by city, segment, and channel — focusing on core KPIs like quote rate, ROAS, CPC, CPA and CVR while making sure campaigns deliver profitable growth.
- Own the campaign creation and asset rollout across new city launches or expansion markets.
- Work with internal and external teams to brief performance-driven ad assets and A/B test messaging.
- Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for bid adjustments, budget reallocation, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing.
- Implement structured experiments (e.g., bidding strategies, match types, location targeting) to unlock new scaling opportunities, maximize return, and improve spend efficiency.
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign structure and changes across 400+ cities and ad-groups.
- Own exploratory campaigns across paid social, affiliate platforms, and emerging channels like TikTok and YouTube Ads.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for test planning, launch, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with in-house or freelance designers to shape briefs based on data-backed learnings, ensuring every round of new assets is sharper, more relevant, and optimized for paid performance.
- Identify high-performing segments that could be scaled through paid levers (e.g., airport groups, geo-pairs, audience types).
- Work with Power BI, Looker, GA4, and Google Ads to prepare reports, uncover trends, and inform optimization decisions.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly performance across budget, spend efficiency, and city-level funnel metrics.
- Contribute insights during performance reviews with clear next-step recommendations.
- Act as the operational link between internal teams and SEM agency and other external stakeholders — ensuring alignment, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Help track spend vs. plan, maintain pacing, and prepare campaign calendars or testing roadmaps.
- Stay up to date on platform changes, paid media trends, and competitor activity to inform experimentation and performance strategy.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads or paid media campaign management, managing budgets over €1M per annum.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts: ROAS, CPA, conversion funnels, attribution models.
- Working knowledge of ad platform tools (Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager), Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in using GA4, Looker, GSC, or similar tools to drive optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and creative experimentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and execution skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, multi-city paid environment
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with content, design, and analytics stakeholders.
