Production Shift Leader Schimatari Plant

• Ensures high qualities of products and packaging and establishes and follows the fulfillment indicators of the subordinate staff
• Ensures the implementation and compliance with the procedures concerning quality systems
• Concern for reduction of costs/losses of raw materials due to quality defects
• Makes the allocation work, establishes joint contingency plans while observing the deadlines, ensures that the results obtained are as expected
• Schedules together with Maintenance Department the maintenance and repairs/overhauls plan
• Manage preventive maintenance tasks through SAP PM
• Performs and prioritizes the corrective maintenance of all equipment of the department to support production lines
• Ensure timely and accurate reports required in connection with the performance of the production line, fulfilling tasks and standards
• Reports to Area Production manager on the fulfillment of the established indicators
• Actively participates to Lean Manufacturing EAtB modules implementation in his/her area of responsibility: Performance management, Quick Change Over SMED, Problem Solving Kaizen, ODP
• Primary diagnosis of technical issues related to equipment and proposition/execution of adequate solutions
• Improve processes to resolve issues or increase capacity
• Manage department's Purchase Requisitions, ensure availability of required spare parts per functional location, and follow-up budget of relevant cost centers
• Ensure operation with compliance to company's policies and procedures regarding HACCP, GMP, Health & Safety and Environment.
• Creates a safe working environment, a positive working atmosphere through an authentic relationship along with team members
• Ensures compliance by staff subordinated to the imperatives of security and health at work during the execution of the tasks of labour (Labour Protection Law, the General rules on Labour protection, the specific rules of Safety at work, safety instructions applicable) as well as rules regarding prevention and firefighting
• Signals malfunctions arising from technical equipment used and does not intervene to eliminate them unless trained and authorized in this respect
• Notifies the direct manager in case of any event (incident, accident, car accident, fire) he/she experienced or involved.
• Wears work equipment and complies to the rules of moral conduct, hygienic sanitary norms during the program
• Creates a work environment based on continuous improvement and new ideas that bring added value to our team
• Make proposals for the optimization of business and of the team, by submitting or implementing successful practices
• Gives support to the staff in his/her area of responsibility for solving all the problems that occur
• Ensures that all employees have had the directions and clear responsibilities, sets out challenging and measurable objectives
• Ensures a positive work climate within the Department and with other departments. Cooperates with other departments, providing improved team results
• Collaborates with internal clients and develops their confidence, in a quick and efficient reaction to suggestions and/or complaints
• Collaborate in organization / execution of departments' CAPEX projects
• Aims and shall be responsible for the execution of the cleaning work and of arranging / upgrading of the places of employment in the framework of the bottling lines for which it is responsible and, in the places, where his staff shall carry out their activity temporarily

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in Industrial Environment (Ideally in the food or beverage industry)
• MS Office experienced user
• SAP knowledge
• Fluency in English
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• A team player with an excellent customer service approach
• Ability to work on own initiative, with good planning and organizational skills

• Previous experience in a similar role
