Currently, we are looking to bring on board a qualified IT Shift Engineer for IT & BPS Department: What you will need to do: Provides onsite and remote helpdesk support to end users related to applications, systems and network issues Monitoring of systems, applications and network proper operation First level contact point for solving IT issues Responsible to communicate and explain the problem to the second level support - stand by IT Engineers Works as part of an IT team What skills you will need: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related IT field 2 years of relevant working experience Very good English communication skills (written & spoken) Valid Driving License Works in Roster 24*7*365 High teamwork spirit - strong service orientation - structured and methodical work style P.P.A.
