• Daily check of the mini bar inventory in guest rooms, restocking items to maintain availability.
• Ensure all items in the mini bar are fresh, properly labeled, and compliant with the hotel's standards.
• Promptly respond to guest requests for restocking, billing inquiries, or special orders related to the mini bar.
• Accurately record and bill guest consumption from the mini bar, handling payments.
• Report any technical issues or malfunctions with mini bar refrigeration units and work with maintenance teams for repairs.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized mini bar area in guest rooms, ensuring items are neatly arranged and properly displayed.

• A minimum educational requirement, although additional education or training in hospitality can be beneficial.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional service and address guest needs effectively.
• Meticulousness in order-taking, ensuring accuracy in deliveries, and setting up in-room dining presentations.
• Ability to manage orders, payments, and service setups efficiently, maintaining order in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics for order calculations, bill preparation, and payment processing.
• Physical fitness to carry trays, walk, and stand for extended periods while delivering orders to guest rooms.
• A polished appearance and professional behavior when interacting with guests.
