We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our international customer service team in the heart of Athens!Your Role as a Travel Customer Advisor:As a trusted Travel Advisor, youll be the first point of contact for customers, offering support and solutions that make their experience seamless and stress-free.What Youll Do:Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries via phone or emailAccurately log issues, feedback, and requests in our customer service databaseHandle complaints in line with company policies and ensure timely resolutionsTroubleshoot issues using support documentation, system tools, and your own problem-solving skillsRecommend solutions and provide helpful information to resolve common questionsWhat We´re Looking For:High School Diploma or higherNative/Fluent in CzechProficient in English (C1 level)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesWhat We Offer:
