- Drive Sales: Leverage tailored communication strategies and scripts to optimize sales opportunities and conversions. More specifically:
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets, expectations, and KPIs by effectively presenting the value of our certifications, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and relationship-building.
- Maintain a consultative sales approach to build trust and drive conversions through clear communication and product knowledge
- Identify customer needs and recommend personalized certification pathways or services to support their professional development goals.
- Encourage Engagement: Build connections and trust with existing and prospective customers through different communication channels, promoting PeopleCert's comprehensive portfolio of certifications.
- Implement Follow up strategies: Ensure timely, proactive follow-ups via email or phone to
- Ensure Procedural Accuracy: Process customer orders meticulously, maintaining timely and precise data entry for seamless transactions.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with internal teams to refine processes, address challenges, and achieve overarching business goals.
- Maintain Structure, Flexibility and Customer Focus: Demonstrate organization and excellence while adapting to a 24/7/365 rotating shift schedule, maintaining a high level of service at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, preferably in a sales environment. Experience in this area will be considered a significant asset.
- Exceptional command of the English language (native-like fluency or C2 level certification preferred). Certifications such as LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, telephone systems, and advanced computer applications; ECDL Advanced certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management principles is considered an advantage.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts, 5 days per week, between 7:00am and 11:00 pm
