Responsible for office spare part management and spare part delivery service
Output and update the spare delivery plan in order to ensure the network safety
Reporting and meeting with customers, be escalation point for spare part service
Safety stock Management, routine review and update in co-operation with regional spare part planner
Spare parts warehouse management, monitor and control delivery, inventory, stocktaking and inbound/outbound operations
Responsible for On-time-service in the networks and internal KPI fulfillment
Monthly review and processing of invoicing and financial information related to spare part service
Internal control and audit in spare part service
Needs to comprehend basic telecommunication network principles and logistics tasks

Requirements:

1- 3 years of experience in a similar position will be considered
Fluency in English.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent command of the English language & strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Sense of ownership and commitment to deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team
