Real Estate Sales Specialist

- Ensuring the continuous upkeep, enhancement, and strategic promotion of diverse portfolios properties;
- Create promotional materials for properties available for sale or rent;
- Engaging with prospective buyers, facilitating property viewings, and coordinating visits to showcase the available properties;
- Collaborate with third-party brokers, ensuring quality property promotion, lead management, and the ongoing progress of property sales/rentals;
- Collaborate with all teams engaged in the due diligence process for the properties;
- Adapting continuously to changes in real estate market conditions and incorporating industry best practices, and;
- Generate Progress Reports for Sales Operations.
- A bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or similar;
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales;
- Similar experience in a real estate firm/office in a sales/broker position, will be an considered as an asset;
- Fluency in Greek and English language;
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Advanced communication skills;
- Problem-solving & Team spirit;
- Strong sales and negotiation skills;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments;
- Attention to detail, and;
- Familiarity with technological systems and databases.
