- Lead & Inspire: Manage and grow a team of Retail Partnership Associates and Account Managers (team of 2), driving strong performance and team culture.
- Own Sales Strategy: Identify and acquire must-win retail partners across categories like grocery, pharmacy, electronics, and more.
- Coach for Growth: Support your team's development with regular feedback, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
- Shape the Retail Playbook: Collaborate with regional teams to optimize how we acquire, onboard, and grow retail partners.
- Partner with Impact: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic brands to fuel mutual success.
- Track & Optimize: Use data to set priorities, track KPIs (e.g. GOV, Wolt Ads penetration, venue growth), and drive decision-making.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with ops, marketing, analytics, and support to ensure the best experience for our partners and customers.
- You have proven experience leading a team, ideally in sales, account management or business development.
- Are a hands-on leader who's excited to balance team management and personal sales responsibilities.
- Have a strong commercial mindset and ability to structure, analyze, and act on business data.
- Bring a high level of ownership, initiative, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Thrive in a cross-functional setting and can navigate matrixed teams.
- Are fluent in Greek and English (a must!).
- Have a valid driver's license - regular visits to retail partners are expected.
- Nice to have is if you have experience in tech, retail, delivery platforms or startups.
