- Provide Level 2 technical support, resolving escalated issues and mentoring the first-level support team.
- Design, configure, and maintain reliable computer systems, network servers, and virtualization platforms.
- Monitor and ensure availability, performance, and security across all infrastructure components.
- Ensure 24/7 availability of business-critical services, including internal systems and public-facing websites.
- Manage and support IIS, HAProxy, and Cloudflare, ensuring high availability, load balancing, and web application security.
- Administer and optimize environments such as Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and Office 365.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain EDR, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools.
- Maintain and regularly test backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
- Develop and operate security controls for systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and change logs.
- Prepare infrastructure reports, including system health, incidents, and change tracking.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system and infrastructure administration in a hybrid IT environment (on-premise and cloud).
- Strong hands-on experience in system administration across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
- Proficient with:
- VMware ESXi and vCenter administration
- Linux system administration
- Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- Veeam or equivalent backup solutions * Hands-on experience with firewall configuration, management, and troubleshooting in multi-site environments.
- Solid understanding and practical experience in:
- Access control and system hardening * Strong networking knowledge, including:- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Routing, switching, and connectivity troubleshooting * Proven web server management experience, including administration and configuration of IIS, HAProxy, and Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, WAF) to ensure high availability, load balancing, and web application security.
- Experience with SQL Server for basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios) and log management practices.
- Ability to implement and maintain firewall and EDR security policies.
- Ability to follow structured incident management and change control procedures.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with SoftOne ERP and Matis Lvision WMS.
- Understanding of VoIP and Asterisk call center infrastructure.
- Experience supporting distributed IT environments (HQ and retail stores).
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Security+, ITIL).
