Support the service team to ensure smooth, timely, and professional servicethroughout each shift.
Assist in preparing tables and service areas to the highest standards.
Deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and efficiently.
Respond to guest needs with a friendly, respectful, and guest-centric approach.
Collaborate closely with waiters, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure anexceptional guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and back-of-house serviceareas.
Stay informed on the daily menu and communicate basic dish and beverage detailsto guests if required.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications / Experience

Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or hospitality environment (minimum1 year preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented, professional attitude with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow in a high-standard service environment.
Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.
Ability to remain calm, friendly, and efficient under pressure.
Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
