In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services. During your tenure as a Delivery Manager , you will demonstrate and develop your ability to: Manage and deliver complex digital transformation projects in collaboration with clients to identify objectives and business needs and effectively map them into system capabilities, using the most effective methodologies and best practices Document detailed business, functional & technical requirements and propose best practices and optimizations Design and implement enterprise-scale cloud CRM solutions to address business challenges, using declarative or low-code application building tools, making the most of the latest technologies Act as a technical lead for custom developments in order to deliver business excellence Coordinate the team on respective projects Monitor and control project costs Ownership of managing budget Ensure governance compliance Consistently overview standards and quality of deliverables by implementing changes where necessary Provide ongoing communication/feedback to team members, in regards of engagement/project status etc. Act as a role model by sharing expertise and knowledge within the team members on ongoing basis Develop & cultivate the team building culture Liaise with Deloitte Technical professionals to identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value Ensure compliance with all official internal processes/governance Liaise with clients and customers throughout the solution implementation and delivery cycle and use your creativity to positively impact the customer experience & user adoption Manage requirements changes, at any stage in the implementation process, and be capable to help team members thrive in this environment Build knowledge of sector and industry-specific best practices to meet business objectives Participate in client opportunities, preparation of proposals and RFP responses, building of proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and demos Stay up to date with the latest innovations, new products & enhancements, and apply them accordingly to client issues when needed.
