The company’s enduring success is attributed to a passion for creativity, strong ethics, and the dedication of its people, who share a commitment to the company's vision of making a difference in people’s lives.Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit n Electrical Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to join our Industrial Operations team in our Sapes premises.As an Electrical Maintenance Engineering Supervisor, the ideal candidate will play a vital role in the continuous monitoring, upgrading, and troubleshooting of technical issues related to the plant’s electrical and electronic equipment, aiming to ensure uninterrupted plant operation, increased productivity through proper equipment functioning, and continuous reduction of maintenance and spare parts costs.More particularly:What you will do:

Diagnose and resolute problems related to electrical and electronic equipment at the lowest possible cost (partial budget responsibility)
Plan and execute preventive and routine maintenance for all machinery
Manage spare parts within the area of responsibility, in cooperation with procurement
Supervise the installation and proper operation of new technical equipment
Record technical logs of faults and repairs, submit proposals for operational improvements and cost reduction, and continuously update the respective manager
Train, guide, and supervise the technical staff of the team
Maintain electronic records of line documentation, create and update a library of equipment operation manuals
Schedule technical staff work according to production needs
Communicate with and obtain offers from suppliers/companies in cooperation with procurement

RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have:

Minimum of a BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering
At least 4 years relevant experience in an industrial environment

Job-Specific Skills:

Very good knowledge of English & MS Office
Knowledge of basic financial metrics
Excellent knowledge of electrical schematics
Customer-oriented mindset and quality focus
Effective time management, planning, and organization of tasks
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Adaptability and flexibility
