- Executes the go-to-market plan targeting Financial Institutions (FI: Banks, Neo-Banks, Processors, National Switches and Fintech) in the so-called Greek cluster including Greece and, at this stage, specific clients in Cyprus, Albania and Egypt.
- Manages the direct sales of Euronet EFT FI Solutions & Technology in the Cluster, including:
- Develops and manages direct sales plans in order to achieve the financial targets agreed with senior management.
- Drives the proposal preparation & submission process as well as the preparation of associated contracts where needed, with the support of internal functions (Sales Support, Finance, Legal).
- Coordinates with the Projects Delivery / Operations teams to ensure that projects are delivered according to client expectations and contractual responsibilities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within multinational providers of technology solutions targeting the FI sector.
- Proven track record in achieving growth targets and building strong relationships with clients in the FI sector.
- Very good knowledge of the local FI ecosystem (Banks, Neo-Banks, Processors, National Switches, Fintech companies).
- Overall experience in the full sales cycle of complex proposals, from deal initiation to contract signing.
- Strong English language skills (both verbal and written).
- Results orientation, hands-on approach and can-do mentality.
- Strong negotiation, relationship building and communication skills.
- Excellent business planning skills.
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial.
